A fantastic way to begin practicing meditation.
The app needs a few tweaks:
1) Haptic or audible notification when youre going too fast or too slow.
2) Haptic or audible notification when you should open your eyes.
3) Ignore the mute toggle switch on the side of the iPhone—always play the sounds.
If these were implemented this app would be PERFECT.
